Mediation Services
We are teamed up with multiple mediation companies to assist with pending civil matters.
If you are receiving calls from any of our mediation firms and would like to put in a request for those calls to cease and desist please write a request including the Mediation Firm that is contacting you and the phone number that firm is calling so we can properly put your number on the do not call list.
Accounts Receivable Management
For those consumers agreeing to any type of payment plan as a final resolution. This department will meticulously keep in contact with all consumers via e-mail and over the phone. Our agents are trained and guided to help consumers settle their debt properly. They are also trained to help conclude the best financial option for repayment for the consumer. Completing payment agreements also aid with restructuring consumer credit.
Consumers can submit payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Please contact for assistance.
Clerk Division
Any proper documentation sent out to consumers or received is organized in this department. if you loose a copy of your documentation please contact the offices to req another copy. All consumers preparing to make payments with the collection division is subject to signing a DocuSign Agreement.
All consumers who successfully closed their accounts with the collection division will receive a Paid in Full document immediately via e-mail and a hard copy via mail within 30 days of final payment.
